These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the https://rekill.io website, game and Android app (the "Service") operated by reKILL ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

You can play as a guest or create an account by signing in with Google, X, Discord or a crypto wallet. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account or identity. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the accounts and wallets that you use to sign in to the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. Guest accounts are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data or do not play for 90 days.

You agree not to share your account with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or ask us to delete it at privacy@rekill.io.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), such as gems or gold, you pay with the $REKILL token from your own crypto wallet.

You represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal right to use the wallet and funds you use in connection with any Purchase;
• and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

$REKILL is a token on the Solana blockchain. It is not an investment, and we make no promises about its price or future value. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. You are responsible for your wallet, network fees and any taxes.

Due to the nature of virtual online economies, purchasing digital currency will immediately influence other users. In-game items and currencies are licensed to you, not sold, and gold may only be exchanged or withdrawn through the official in-game exchange. Any fraudulent purchase or refund request can result in the temporary termination of your account.

Outgoing Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by reKILL.

reKILL has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that reKILL shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the digital products have been delivered. In a digital economy, currencies and purchased items can be spent instantly and become impossible to reverse. Therefore we can not issue you any refunds on the purchased items or digital currencies.

By completing a Purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital products have been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ranked match tickets are not refunded once the match starts, unless the match fails because of a server error.

We recommend contacting us at privacy@rekill.io for assistance if you experience any issues receiving your products. Fraudulent refund requests can result in temporary or permanent termination of your account.

Conduct Policy

reKILL is a place where players can compete in a variety of ways. However, offensive behavior is not permitted. If you see offensive behavior, report it on the reKILL Discord Server or at privacy@rekill.io. Penalties for offenses may include account limitations, especially for more serious offenses.

Offensive behavior includes:

• Language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, LGBTQ-phobic, or otherwise racially or ethnically objectionable. Offensive player names are also subject to the reports of players as well as the decisions and standards of the reKILL Staff.
• Behavior that involves spam, impersonation, doxing, threats to reveal personal information, threats to reveal someone's identity, filing false reports (with the sole intent of limiting someone's gameplay), real-money trading or other similar actions.
• Cheating in any form. Cheating may include the use of third-party programs to automate; exploiting bugs within the game; scamming players; sharing accounts; or any activity that provides an unfair advantage to yourself or other players.
• Multi-account abuse. Players are not allowed to use multiple accounts to create unfair advantages, such as playing several accounts in the same match or claiming rewards more than once.

Offensive behavior is expanded, defined, and judged by reKILL Staff. Mild cursing and mild insults can be permitted by the contextual judgment of the reKILL Staff. You should rethink your language, behavior, actions, or any other interaction that might be offensive if you are unsure about anything. We, the reKILL Staff, reserve the right to implement any and all limitations and restrictions as we deem necessary to provide a fun player experience for everyone. If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, you can appeal at privacy@rekill.io.

Match Fixing & Gold Trading

The trading, selling, or purchasing of gold, items or accounts through unauthorized means, including intentional loss in ranked matches for the transfer of gold, is forbidden. Deliberately arranging the outcome of a match, including pre-arranged losses or wins, is not allowed.

The staff team will monitor and address instances of illegitimate trading and match fixing. Violations may result in the removal of gold, rank or rewards, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, based on the staff team's discretion.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
